About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Document Preparation Specialist to join our team at Iron Mountain Inc. in Frankfurt, KY. As a key member of our Imaging Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing of documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and scan hard copy records to electronic images, maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • Sort and organize documents, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and achieve conversion objectives.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Imaging Center standards.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain record order and sequence.
  • Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.
