Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our Plastics Surgery team at Saint Luke's Health System. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the clinic, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative and clinical functions related to daily operations
  • Supervise clinical staff and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Order supplies, maintain clinical equipment, and ensure QA compliance
  • Train and develop assigned employees, including hiring decisions and staff evaluations
  • Assist clinical staff as needed and work towards achieving quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (strongly preferred)
  • Prior supervisor/manager experience (preferred)
  • Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
  • Registered Nurse licensure
