Key Responsibilities- Manage administrative and clinical functions related to daily operations
- Supervise clinical staff and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Order supplies, maintain clinical equipment, and ensure QA compliance
- Train and develop assigned employees, including hiring decisions and staff evaluations
- Assist clinical staff as needed and work towards achieving quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (strongly preferred)
- Prior supervisor/manager experience (preferred)
- Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- Registered Nurse licensure
