Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Grid Networks LLC. This individual will be responsible for the overall administration, management, and retention of corporate commercial contracts, nondisclosure agreements, consulting agreements, and other tools utilized by the contracts department for effective Contract Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish an effective means of contract retention, tracking key milestones, and ensuring the overall integration of proper contracting practices across a diverse organization.
  • Conduct analysis and research into policy and best practices related to Federal Government and Commercial Contracting.
  • Consult with Federal Government or Commercial entities related to Contracts Management.
  • Administer experience and handling of documentation, prioritizing high-priority requirements to meet strict deadlines and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Federal Government or Commercial requirements.
  • Experience in conducting analysis and research into policy and best practices, consulting with Federal Government or Commercial entities, and administering experience and handling of documentation.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment, prioritize high-priority requirements, and meet strict deadlines and objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attitude and aptitude for the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • FAR, DFAR, or other Acquisition Supplements experience.
  • Industry or Government contracts certifications (CPCM, CCCM, CFCM, etc.).
  • Highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Understanding of Pricing, Finance, or Accounting principles.
  • Interest and/or experience in Vendor/Subcontractor Management.
