Role Summary
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our mission to enhance access to therapy. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking mental health support, collaborating with external partners and healthcare systems to facilitate a seamless care experience. Your responsibilities will include utilizing various technologies to ensure clients receive the necessary support throughout their care journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential support to clients managing their mental and behavioral health needs.

  • Utilize a consultative approach to help clients identify the appropriate care providers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
