  • Conduct research and gather information for various projects, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle confidential matters with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in waste and recycle industry preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, demonstrating strong computer literacy and proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus, and previous experience in office management or customer service is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
