Job Summary

The Branch Manager Trainee will play a crucial role in learning all aspects of branch operations and branch management. This position involves taking direction from multiple sources to gain a comprehensive understanding of the branch's functions and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in building sales and maintaining house accounts through active communication with dealers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and lost customer accounts to promote new products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via walk-ins, phone calls, and emails, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with the organization's products and services.
  • Execute all aspects of the sales function, including order processing, purchase orders, payment processing, quotes, and delivery dates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, employees, and management teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in maintaining records and preparing reports on sales activities, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the HVAC industry, expanding knowledge and expertise.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or HVAC preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and ability to learn and demonstrate knowledge of the branch's operations.
