Job Title: Home Health RN

Providence is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse Home Health to join our team at Providence Benedictine Nursing Center. As a Home Health RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' homes, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Coordinate patient care activities with other members of the healthcare team in a collegial relationship.
  • Work under the direction of the Home Health Clinical Supervision and on order of the physician.

Requirements:
  • Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • 1 year of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting.
  • 2 years of experience in acute care or community mental health setting for Mental Health RN work assignment.
