Job Summary

The Executive, National Teams Management is responsible for assisting in the operational running of administrative and logistical issues related to National Teams training, matches, and competitions.

Duties & Responsibilities

Administrative

• Liaise with international football governing bodies, foreign member associations, and local sports organizations to ensure registration procedures and formalities are completed in advance for the National Teams.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, including leave applications, air tickets, visa applications, accommodation, travel insurance, and other team documents, to ensure a smooth departure for the National Teams.

• Prepare necessary documents, such as cash advance statements and boarding passes, upon the team's return from overseas travel.

• Maintain records of matches played, including goals and cautions for tournaments, as well as players' National A Team Caps records.

• Ensure timely submission of applications and documents to maintain eligibility for support services.

• Collaborate with the Football Sports Science and Medicine department to meet players' needs, including nutrition, hygiene, injury prevention, and match analysis.

• Prepare training schedules and disseminate them to relevant parties, including coaches, support staff, and corporate communications.

• Liaise between National Team players and sponsors and events.

• Monitor the well-being of National Team players and their social media behavior.

Logistics

• Ensure equipment and apparel orders are placed and delivered as required.

• Maintain an inventory record of delivered equipment and apparel, providing necessary product codes and quantities for top-up orders.

• Assist with logistics preparation of equipment and supplies when necessary.

Players Welfare

• Develop and implement a Players Welfare Programme and Post Career Plan for the benefit of players.

• Collaborate with the Coach Education Department to update coaching course dates and registration paperwork for current and past players.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head, National Teams Management, Technical Director, and/or the General Secretary.
