Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote positive changes in youth behavior and well-being.
  • Provide direct care and support to youth, including daily living skills, education, and recreational activities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to maintain high standards of practice.
  • Model professional behavior and serve as a positive role model for youth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, education) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with high school-aged youth in residential or related settings.
  • Valid New York State driver's license.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish language skills a plus.
