Wound Care Specialist

At TAG MedStaffing, we're seeking a skilled Wound Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll play a vital role in restoring health and improving the quality of life for patients with wounds. Your expertise will be instrumental in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on scientific principles and evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to prioritize patient needs and acuity.
- Implement physician orders accurately and efficiently.
- Educate patients and their families on wound care processes and issues.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nursing license required.
- Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
- Prior experience working with wound care patients preferred.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm
