Job Overview

Las Vegas Petroleum is a rapidly expanding operator of gas stations, convenience stores, and travel centers across Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, and Kansas. As we continue to expand our footprint, we prioritize ensuring the safety and reliability of our fuel systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on fuel pumps, dispensers, tanks, and related equipment to ensure optimal operation, including diesel dispensing maintenance.
  • Inspections & Compliance: Conduct regular inspections to verify that fuel systems comply with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with fuel dispensing systems and related components, minimizing downtime and ensuring safety.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the life of equipment and prevent malfunctions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts inventory to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols for handling fuel systems and hazardous materials.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in fuel system maintenance or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with fuel pumps, dispensers, tanks, and related equipment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
  • Safety-Oriented: Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for handling fuel systems.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in fuel maintenance or hazardous materials handling are advantageous.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in outdoor environments, and perform tasks that require physical stamina.
