Salary
The estimated hourly compensation for this position ranges from $267.67 to $281.05 per hour, reflecting the high standard of expertise and qualifications required for this role.
Job Responsibilities
- Patient Care
- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and technologies.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories to ensure accurate diagnoses.
- Communication
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams, fostering a collaborative approach to patient care.
- Provide clear and concise medical information, promoting informed decision-making.
- Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
- Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
- Diagnostic Procedures
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging, to inform treatment decisions.
- Perform procedures as needed, collaborating with specialists when necessary.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions to share knowledge and best practices.
- Quality Improvement
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives, driving continuous excellence in patient care.
- Review and analyze clinical outcomes to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications
- American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty.
- A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible.
