Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to join our team at Del Monte Fresh Produce Company NA Inc. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation, documentation, and distribution of payments via our payroll system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Maintain and operate the payroll function, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with internal policies and controls, SOX, and external laws and regulatory guidance.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local tax laws related to payroll, benefit administration, and taxation.
  • Payroll Audits: Assist with internal and external payroll audits and compliance reporting, including but not limited to 401(k) audits.
  • Process Improvement: Identify problems and develop solutions to further efforts towards continuous process improvements and internal controls.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service to internal clients with respect to all information systems demands, as well as all payroll issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field (i.e. Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration) from an accredited institution, and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: At least 3 to 4 years prior experience in a similar role, in an analytical and administrative capacity. CPP preferred.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to deliver accurate results under strict deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with major Payroll, ADP Workforce Now, and ERP Systems. High proficiency in MS office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, etc.).
