Position Overview

The Global CEO Executive Partner plays a pivotal role in assisting the CEO with both strategic and operational functions, ensuring that the organization thrives on an international level. This position is responsible for establishing the framework, governance, and accountability for the executive team. The Executive Partner ensures that meetings are conducted efficiently, decisions are implemented, and only well-considered topics are presented to leadership. With a high degree of autonomy, they manage various initiatives on behalf of the CEO and the team, lead communication strategies, and develop systems and processes that facilitate smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational roles within a consulting environment, ideally within a holding company, and will have experience supporting not just the CEO but also the broader leadership team. This role is best suited for individuals with 7-10+ years of experience in transforming organizational cultures and implementing structured processes among senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the Development of Cohesive Executive Teams
    • Empower the CEO to concentrate on high-impact areas while delegating other responsibilities
    • Articulate and disseminate the CEO's Point-of-View (POV) both internally and externally
    • Oversee the governance process for global and regional meetings
    • Establish meeting agendas, guide productive discussions, and ensure actionable outcomes
    • Encourage collaboration and effective time management across the organization
  • Operational Management & Strategic Implementation
    • Assist in documenting, clarifying, and communicating strategic priorities
    • Collaborate with the CEO on significant organizational changes, leadership alignment, and process enhancements to keep vision and strategy at the forefront
    • Help prioritize and achieve annual objectives and initiatives with the Global leadership team
    • Support strategic cross-departmental initiatives to align with organizational objectives
    • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to aid executive decision-making
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor and Mentor
    • Serve as a confidential advisor on sensitive matters while maintaining discretion
    • Act as a mentor to individuals at all levels within the organization
    • Stay informed on emerging trends, critical issues, and challenges, working towards resolutions independently or providing visibility to the CEO and executives as necessary
    • Other miscellaneous duties as required
  • Management of Strategic Programs
    • Collaborate closely with the CEO to manage and implement key strategic initiatives across the organization
    • Balance the focus on strategic initiatives with the operational needs of the business
Supportive Duties:
  • The Chief of Staff will work closely with various departments/functions, and this role will continue to evolve:
    • Responsibilities may be transitioned to corporate departments or delivery organizations as the company expands
    • As such, the Chief of Staff must be highly collaborative and support the overall growth and development of the organization
  • The Chief of Staff must demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work with the CEO and other stakeholders to identify evolving priorities and areas of impact
Management Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of Executive Assistants (EAs)
    • Impact Allocation: Manages all Executive Assistants, ensuring they effectively support their respective executives based on organizational priorities
    • Coaching & Development: Provides guidance and development opportunities for EAs to enhance their skills and efficiency
