Position Summary: The Facility Asset Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing maintenance services for building operating systems and equipment at the Central Passenger Terminal Complex. They ensure all operations and maintenance tasks are performed in accordance with AATC policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Support AATC's Asset Management Policy by assisting with contingency planning and proactive work in facilities maintenance and operations.
  • Understand routine and non-routine troubleshooting, installation, repair, and maintenance work requiring knowledge of departmental equipment and facilities.
  • Perform assigned work to ensure safe and continuous operation of building systems and equipment.
  • Conduct site inspections and evaluations, reporting results.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental permits, government regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Handle a varied workload and multiple priorities while working as a team to accomplish company and project goals.
  • Perform quality assurance of completed proactive maintenance inspections and corrective reactive work.
  • Conduct follow-up inspections of corrective actions to ensure work meets acceptance requirements.
  • Notify Supervisor of work performed and document deficiencies through the computerized maintenance management system.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of OSHA Safety requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Provide input for planning, development, and utilization of the annual department budget.
  • Contribute to special projects and bid solicitation processes.
  • Represent the Company with professionalism and a commitment to quality.
  • Assist in snow and ice clearing operations.
  • Provide after-hours emergency coverage.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
