As a Specialty Vehicle Assembly Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include assembling and installing flooring, shelving, cabinetry, and electrical systems to customize various vehicle configurations across a wide array of vehicle types and sizes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Assemble and install flooring, shelving, cabinetry, and electrical systems to configure various vehicle systems on a diverse range of vehicle types and sizes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure accountability for all company-owned tools.
• Adapt to changing job requirements, including emergencies, personnel changes, workload fluctuations, and technological advancements.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.


WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending, or stooping for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Capability to operate a variety of machinery, from simple to complex and heavy-duty.
• Work in areas that may lack ventilation or air conditioning.
• Requires full range of motion, including handling, lifting, and fine motor skills.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess normal hearing and vision capabilities.
• Ability to comprehend vague and implicit instructions and respond appropriately in all work situations. Effective verbal communication is essential.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with hardwoods and wood products is advantageous.
• Strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Candidates should be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and post-offer background check, physical, and drug screening.
