We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to join our team at Konikoff Dentistry in Chesapeake, VA. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet patients, sign them in, schedule future appointments, and handle incoming phone calls with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Patient Communication: Respond to patient questions and concerns in accordance with our office policies, ensuring that patients receive the best possible service.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, maintain appointment books, confirm appointments, and follow up on no-shows and cancellations.
- Administrative Tasks: Register patients, post charges and payments to patient accounts, and maintain a clean and friendly waiting area.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a dental, medical, or other healthcare office is preferred.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus, and exceptional customer service skills are essential.
