Job Title: Site Lead/Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Lead/Supervisor to join our team at TDY Medical Staffing, Inc.

Job Summary:

The Site Lead/Supervisor will be responsible for on-site supervision of up to 32 full-time employees working at a client's location. This is a salaried night shift position, and the successful candidate will be required to work Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 pm to 7:30 am.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of up to 32 full-time employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve operations
  • Monitor and manage staffing levels, attendance, and performance
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide corrective action as needed
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 3 years of supervisory experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferably an associate degree
  • Effective communication and team management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel Spreadsheets
