Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of solutions for complex safety science challenges, ensuring alignment with Gilead's objectives.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of safety science and regulatory frameworks to inform signal management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance drug safety systems and processes.
  • Manage and mentor team members, fostering an environment of growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of managing complex projects and teams.
