Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant bank regulations and policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Review daily reports to identify and address any discrepancies or errors, taking corrective action as necessary to maintain accurate customer billing and loan records.
  • Process payments, loan advances, and transaction reversals with precision, ensuring the accuracy of loan core system data.
  • Manage non-accrual and charge-off entries, providing clear and concise documentation to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with loan officers and other stakeholders to monitor and address delinquencies, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing risk.
  • Perform additional duties as required, including file maintenance, credit reference requests, and electronic loan documentation management.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years' experience in the lending area of the bank, with a strong understanding of commercial loan servicing principles and practices.
  • Business degree or related field preferred, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
