Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Reser's Fine Foods. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating food processing machines to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate machines to ensure quality and conformity of packaged products
* Assemble and configure machines according to current specifications
* Maintain covering carts and hopper as necessary
* Check for correct packaging materials
* Prepare unused materials for put away at the end of a run
* Detect and report defective materials, machine problems, or questionable conditions to the machine operator and maintenance department
* Maintain necessary machine supplies, work area, and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
* Troubleshoot downtime issues

Requirements:

* Experience operating machinery is required
* Food industry experience is preferred
* Must be able to read, write, and speak English and be understood
* English/Spanish bilingual a plus

Working Conditions:

* Refrigerated food manufacturing plant
* The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F
* Requires walking and standing for long periods of time
* Repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages in excess of 50 lbs. is required
* Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling
