Your Role:

The Margin Transformation Office is seeking a dynamic team member to support the identification of margin enhancement opportunities across the value chain. This includes leveraging portfolio optimization, net revenue management, design-to-value, operational excellence, and network design to drive full Gross Margin improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis and generate insights to support margin transformation office ideation and discovery
  • Document and prioritize opportunities to support the development of detailed business case analyses
  • Manage margin improvement workstreams across the enterprise and take proactive cross-functional action planning for risks, mitigations, and dependencies
  • Assist tracking margin improvement program value realization and escalate risk and mitigations related to financials
  • Support the creation of executive updates and develop meeting materials
  • Assist in the development of communications and education in support of Margin Transformation Office objectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience focused on business transformation and delivering complex, cross-functional programs
  • Experience in effective ideation and business case development
  • Experience in supply chain operations, product development, and management is a plus
  • Experience in pricing, revenue growth management, and net revenue management is a plus
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods or consumer industries is a plus, but not required

Workplace Type:

This posting has multiple opportunities to fill to help build out the Margin Transformation Team. Preference is given to candidates located within Clorox Hub areas, with an understanding of being in office 3 days per week (if within a 50-mile radius of the Clorox Office).
