We are the largest provider of substance abuse and location monitoring technologies in the Western U.S. Our team partners with courts, probation and parole, juvenile programs, sheriff's departments, social service agencies, treatment providers, and private attorneys to create a safer and more compliant community.

Salary and Benefits

$20 per hour, plus a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) program, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan that includes an employer matching contribution. Employees working 30 hours or more per week, on average, are eligible for health and welfare benefits including: medical coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage, FSA, HSA, and additional programs.

Job Description

As our Electronic Monitoring Specialist, your mission is to ensure the accurate, timely, and ethical monitoring of individuals, fostering program compliance and contributing to the overall success of SCRAM of California's electronic monitoring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intakes, including screenings and assessments
  • Manage all new referrals, including scheduling and managing all enrollments and installations
  • Install, remove, and conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of our equipment
  • Manage daily alerts
  • Conduct other related services such as home detention monitoring and drug testing
  • Continuous monitoring and surveillance
  • Timely and accurate reporting
  • Communication and collaboration with team
  • Technical troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Feedback and improvement contributions

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Proficiency in electronic monitoring systems and GPS technology
  • Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills for accurate data interpretation
  • Strong Communication Skills for effective collaboration
