We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.00, ensuring you earn a fair wage for your expertise. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the guidance of an Administrator to provide support and training to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health conditions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the supervision, safety, and well-being of individuals at all times.
  • Implementing individualized service plans, including adaptive skills training, social skills training, and community integration training.
  • Monitoring and reporting on individual behavior and progress, collaborating with consultants to create engaging activities.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician certification.
  • Direct Support Professional I and II certificates.
  • Professional Crisis Management training or equivalent emergency intervention certification.
  • At least two years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
