We are seeking a highly skilled Metrology Applications Manager to lead our team in the use of industry leading semiconductor metrology equipment and processes to identify and solve issues. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the measurement technology to develop methods of monitoring and improving line performance and fab health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective methods of detection and quantification of semiconductor processing issues and defects.
  • Collaborate with process integration, process development, data science, and yield analysis teams to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Manage projects internal to your team and across functional areas to ensure successful implementation of measurement roadmaps.
  • Direct your team to recognize detection gaps and implement strategies that enable effective monitoring of FMEA issues.
  • Develop clear metrics for measurement quality and drive improvements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with defect inspection equipment desired.
  • Experience managing or mentoring engineers.
  • Demonstrated project management ability.
  • Excellent technical, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and passionate about learning and mentoring your team.
