Job Title: Lithography Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lithography Engineer to join our world-class reticle manufacturing team in Boise, Idaho.

The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of the photomask and/or semiconductor manufacturing process, be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment, and ideally have previous reticle and/or wafer lithography experience.

The Lithography Engineer will be responsible for executing in a complex, high-performance photomask manufacturing environment to enhance cycle time, improve yield, and manage costs while striving for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with and effectively communicate across multiple teams
  • Collect and interpret data, define OCAP, and set control limits using Statistical Process Control (SPC) experience
  • Apply quality-related tools and concepts such as 8D, FMEA, fishbone, 5-why, etc.
  • Solve complex issues through root cause analysis methods
  • Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
  • Experience in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, C++, or C, Matlab, Perl
  • Experience in mask or wafer lithography, metrology, or OPC design
  • Experience in leading and/or working in high technical function groups to resolve process, lithography, or pattern design issues
Requirements:
  • BS, MS in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Material Science is required. Prefer 5+ years of related experience
