Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Specialist to join our team. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer pest concerns and issues, maintaining equipment and vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run daily routes to resolve customer pest concerns and issues
  • Maintain trucks and equipment in proper working order
  • Keep accurate records of treatments provided
  • Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for customers, implementing the most efficient and effective pest solutions
  • Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
  • Advise customers of potential problems and keep management informed
  • Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage
