Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for resolving customer pest concerns and issues, maintaining equipment and vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service

  Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving pest concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Route Management

  Run daily routes, ensuring that all customers receive timely and effective pest control services.

• Equipment Maintenance

  Maintain and service all equipment and vehicles, ensuring that they are in good working order.

• Record Keeping

  Keep accurate records of treatments provided, including customer information and pest control data.

• Pesticide Application

  Mix, apply, and work with pesticides, following state and federal laws and regulations.

• Customer Education

  Advise customers on potential pest problems and provide recommendations for prevention and control.

• Team Collaboration

  Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Valid Driver's License

• Ability to Work in a Team Environment

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills

• Ability to Lift and Carry Equipment
