Job Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring the quality of our seed treatment and crop protection products. The successful candidate will work in a physical wet chemistry lab, conducting inspections, calibrations, and laboratory testing to support quality analysts. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and a team-oriented approach. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in chemistry or a related field preferred. Experience with SAP or other manufacturing software, as well as previous quality control experience, is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods using established test methods
  • Calibrate and maintain lab equipment
  • Communicate batch results to relevant personnel
  • Report non-conformances related to quality
  • Generate and maintain records related to product quality
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Support quality analysts with laboratory testing

  • High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP or other manufacturing software experience
  • Previous quality control experience
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field
