Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Story Construction is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring that our technology infrastructure is running smoothly, and assisting with the implementation of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person contact
  • Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Log and label new equipment
  • Handle transfers of equipment
  • Review inventory and verify asset locations and users
  • Coordinate internet connection and install plan table TVs
  • Provision and de-provision employees in Active Directory
  • Conduct IT orientations with new hires
Requirements:
  • Relevant class or work experience
  • Systems support experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, and Azure is desirable
  • Driver's License with good driving record required
Physical Demands:

The employee will work in conditions of repetitive movement, climbing, reaching, kneeling, bending or twisting, and using hands to lift, push, pull, carry, handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Occasionally, the employee may be required to crouch and work in awkward positions in installing and deploying technology solutions.
