Reservations Manager for the Pacific Northwest

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Reservations Manager for the Pacific Northwest region. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our central reservations office and ensuring efficient handling of inbound calls, emails, and online bookings for both the Glacier Park and Alaska Collections.
Responsibilities- Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the central reservations team, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service for the Glacier Park and Alaska Collections.
- Reservation Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the central reservations office, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking processes, including payment processing, reservation modifications, and cancellations.
- Sales and Revenue Management: Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services within the Glacier Park and Alaska Collections.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key partners, including travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in reservations management, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong understanding of reservation systems and CRM tools.
- An estimated salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
