Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the estimating and project team to build and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and site restrictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, including coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Prepare payment applications, schedule updates, and status reports to the client
  • Coordinate with Quality Control and Project Management to ensure project quality and safety standards
  • Negotiate and manage subcontractor and purchase order contracts and payments
  • Conduct job site quality control, safety, and productivity inspections and reviews
  • Work closely with project management and site supervision to participate in project decisions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management and engineering
  • Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Primavera
