Position Purpose: To deliver after-school one-on-one quality Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy for our learners, enhancing their behavioral, communication, social, play, and adaptive skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute treatment plans as directed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
- Document and summarize session data for learners.
- Assist in setting goals for learners.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding the progress of learners
- Maintain open communication with team members and supervisors
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions related to the program
- Respond to and report emergencies following Alpine Learning Group policies and procedures
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment during sessions
- Organize educational and teaching materials tailored to each assigned learner
- Attend clinics as necessary
Job Requirements:
Some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling may be required, along with fine motor skills. The role involves sitting, walking, and standing. The employee must possess the strength and agility to assist with the movement of learners during crisis situations.
Qualifications and Skills:
A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
No prior experience is required. Alpine will provide comprehensive training and supervision.
Job Type:
Program Hours: 3:30 pm - 6:45 pm
Part-Time - Up to 10 hours per week
Compensation:
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
