Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, utilizing evidence-based practices to drive positive outcomes.
  • Collect and summarize data during sessions, providing valuable insights to inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with learners, parents, and the treatment team to set and achieve goals, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding progress, fostering open and transparent relationships.
  • Participate in team meetings and trainings, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Attend relevant clinics and social skills groups, expanding your professional network and expertise.

Requirements:

  • College education preferred, with a focus on behavioral sciences, psychology, or a related field.
  • RBT certification preferred, with opportunities for comprehensive training and professional growth.
  • Valid NJ Driver's License and Vehicle required, ensuring reliable transportation for in-home therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Part-Time position with up to 25 hours/week, offering a flexible schedule and work-life balance.
  • $21-$24 per hour, competitive compensation for your expertise and dedication.
