Job Description

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Education Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Education Services team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training programs to our customers, partners, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver tailored training programs to meet the specific needs of our customers, focusing on NetSuite standard processes.
  • Collaborate with our implementation team to assess customer training needs, develop custom curriculum and materials, and deliver quality training to ensure optimal user adoption.
  • Deliver instructor-led onsite and virtual end-user training, as well as additional services such as Train-the-Trainer, Pre-UAT Training, and Post Go Live Support Training.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of NetSuite applications and their functional areas, as well as adult learning techniques and industry-standard methodologies.
  • Partner with internal teams to drive success with customers, using a unified approach to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud-based software or related professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a functional training or consultative role, with a focus on technology and business process training development, design, and delivery.
  • Strong presentation, training, and group facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Resourceful, motivated, and competitive, with a roll-up-the-sleeves and get-the-job-done attitude.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple demands and reprioritize as customer timelines shift.
