Job Title: Principal Consultant

As a Principal Consultant at Oracle, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. You will work closely with a team to design and implement innovative pharmacy solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Your expertise in healthcare IT and pharmacy workflows will be invaluable in guiding clients through complex interdependencies and design decision impacts.

Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients on service line Inpatient Pharmacy workflows and provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
  • Drive client-specific Pharmacy solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
  • Mitigate solution risk and issues, and execute workflow and process improvement strategies.
  • Lead client meetings and events and drive internal team initiatives.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including 5 years in Healthcare IT consulting, HCIT support, and/or other client-facing or IT solution work experience.
  • 2 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education.
  • Proficient in Excel.
What We Offer:
  • A highly competitive salary range of $71,200 to $158,200 per annum.
