Job Description

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Performance Specialist to join our team. As a senior-level consulting position, this role provides consistent high-quality and innovative solution leadership to project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic technical design reviews to ensure optimal NetSuite performance and scalability.
  • Analyze customers' business and technical requirements to ensure long-term scalable use of NetSuite.
  • Work with partners to implement recommendations and optimize integrations and NetSuite customizations.
  • Offer consultative guidance on ERP leading practices and data management consultation and guidance.
  • Form the core of the ACS Technical Team subject-matter expertise and be leveraged across accounts when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on consulting experience in performance and scalability of ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, NetSuite).
  • Experience in orchestrating and executing load and performance testing, tuning of SQL statements, ODBC/JDBC data extraction strategy, design, and tuning, data modeling, SaaS/Cloud architectures, Oracle database architecture, and architecting and tuning integrations.
  • Advanced understanding of software development, database concepts, ERP technology frameworks, and infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical skills, good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, and ability to be self-directed and motivated.
