Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing electrical construction and renovation projects from start to finish.
This role requires leading a team of skilled electricians, ensuring superior workmanship, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Commercial Structures - Religious Institutions / Educational Facilities / Healthcare Centers
Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:
Direct electrical construction and renovation initiatives, guiding them from concept to completion with expertise and authority.
Material Management:
Partner with project managers to guarantee timely delivery of materials, preventing project delays.
Collaboration with Subcontractors:
Coordinate effectively with general contractors and other subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional outcomes.
Quality Assurance:
Supervise electrical installations, ensuring compliance with the highest standards and all applicable regulations.
Budget Management:
Monitor labor costs closely, making informed decisions to optimize resources while maintaining quality.
Safety Advocacy:
Promote rigorous safety measures, ensuring a secure working environment for your team and all project stakeholders.
Requirements:
Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license
Proven experience as a project leader/supervisor/superintendent, with a minimum of 6-10 years in the field
Background in project management
Strong technical expertise, including a thorough understanding of electrical codes and the ability to interpret plans and specifications
Commitment to ethical practices, fostering a culture of integrity and professionalism
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of electricians
Understanding of job costing, particularly labor, with knowledge of managing and controlling labor expenses
Positive demeanor and excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships
Familiarity with job site safety protocols and practices, prioritizing a safe working environment
Desire to mentor and develop less experienced electricians, enhancing their skills and knowledge
Reliable transportation for projects within the Dallas-Fort Worth area
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Willingness to undergo drug testing and background checks as part of the hiring process
Authorization to work in the U.S.
