Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Northern Light Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational, financial, and strategic management of our physician practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and financial strategies to ensure the success of our practices.
  • Oversee the management of personnel, provider relationships, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
  • Lead initiatives to improve quality, safety, and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare administration.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
