Job Summary

The Commercial Loan Servicing Team Lead is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing technical and soft skill support and guidance to the Commercial Loan Servicing team. This position requires a strong understanding of commercial loan servicing processes and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Management: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial loan servicing operations.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Audit and Compliance: Participate in audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in commercial loan servicing, with a minimum of 5 years preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with commercial loan servicing software and systems.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of four days per week in the office and one flexible day for remote work.
