About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Representative to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a key member of our Commercial Banking Market Coverage team, you will play a critical role in servicing commercial real estate loans, including construction and problem loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary servicing contact for commercial real estate loans.
  • Support less experienced loan administrators in resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Determine the best course of action to address customer issues and conduct investigative steps to fully identify customer concerns.
  • Manage daily schedules and provide work direction to the team, ensuring seamless loan servicing operations.
  • Assist in setting performance standards and recommend process or policy improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Review complex loan servicing documentation, book and fund new loans and modifications, and monitor collateral.
  • Prepare payoff letters, release collateral, and monitor ongoing coverage.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals.
  • Respond independently to escalated customer complaints.
  • Provide training and guidance to less experienced loan administrators and perform quality assurance and approve their work.
  • Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of commercial loan servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with Small Business Administration (SBA) loans.
  • Proficient in creating and understanding complex loan documentation.
  • Prior experience with BLAST, Citrix applications, and Salesforce.
  • Strong pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate interpersonal, organizational, and effective leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including management.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to change.
  • Strong background working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Effective analytical skills, including the ability to analyze metrics.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Salary Band by Location:

  • Irvine, CA - $52,900.00 - $94,100.00 USD Annual.
  • Tempe, AZ - $48,100.00 - $85,500.00 USD Annual.
  • Minneapolis, MN - $48,100.00 - $85,500.00 USD Annual.
  • Roseville, CA - $52,900.00 - $94,100.00 USD Annual.
  • San Antonio, TX - $48,100.00 - $85,500.00 USD Annual.

Pay Range:

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
