Position Summary:

This role oversees the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. The successful candidate will lead a team of recruiters, collaborate closely with department heads, and play a vital role in employer branding initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement sourcing, screening, and hiring strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee the recruiting process from job posting through offer acceptance and initial onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and guide hiring practices.
  • Build and Maintain Talent Pipelines: Establish and nurture relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Enhance Employer Brand: Promote the company's culture and brand through social media, recruitment events, and partnerships with educational institutions and industry groups.
  • Lead and Mentor Recruiting Team: Provide guidance, training, and support to the recruiting team to ensure effective recruiting practices and professional development.
  • Analyze and Report Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies during all stages of hiring.
  • Manage External Recruitment Partners: Collaborate with external recruiters, staffing agencies, and other partners as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices, tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to travel as needed for recruitment events or university career fairs.
