Job Title: Mental Health TherapistJob Summary:

We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our team in Saint Louis, MO. As a mental health therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff as needed
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Clinical licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMSW, etc.)
  • Experience with evidence-based methodology and culturally responsive counseling techniques
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
