Risk Management Consultant

The Baldwin Group is a leading insurance brokerage firm that delivers expertly crafted risk management solutions to clients across the U.S. and abroad. As a Client Manager, Employee Benefits, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, insurance companies, and agency personnel to maintain accounts and promote a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day activities of client accounts, including policy review, changes, and updates, contract reviews, and preparing renewal documents.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining carrier relationships and maintaining client files in AMS accurately and consistently.
- Manage client inquiries and work with insurance partners and/or internal teams to resolve client issues.
- Responsible for knowing the requirements and attributes of all insurance company partners and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the company and their resources.
- Responsible for coordinating service delivery for accounts as assigned, including developing initial placement/renewal strategy.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and complete special projects as assigned.
- Continually seek opportunities to improve the firm, business segment, and processes.
- At least 4 years' of related insurance experience or associated industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Obtain and maintain a state insurance license(s), as required by the State Department of Insurance to provide risk management consulting or risk transfer solutions as necessary in states where the firm functions.
The Baldwin Group is a fast-paced multi-tasking environment. Must be willing to report onsite during the initial training period of 30 days and 2-3x per month thereafter.
