Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train Store Associates to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and transactions, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining a safe and clean store environment, and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement, including promoting products and services, and creating in-store displays and events.
  • Collaborate with other store leaders and departments to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop Store Associates to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, Store Associates, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
