Job Title: Program Director

**Job Summary:**

The WRK Group is seeking a highly organized and experienced Program Director to join our team. The Program Director will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement program objectives, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
  • Project Management and Quality Assurance: Lead cross-functional project teams to execute program plans and achieve desired outcomes. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery and address unforeseen challenges.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal departments, external agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to leverage resources and cultivate alliances aimed at enhancing service delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track program performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress and effectiveness. Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into program status and outcomes.
  • Teen Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to program team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Masters degree preferred or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a human service, social services or a related field which has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position. A track record of effectively leading a performance- and outcomes-based program; AND A minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional related experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: Proven experience in supervising and mentoring multidisciplinary staff, preferably in a nonprofit or community-based organization.
  • Certification Requirements: First Aid/CPR preferred; must be certified within first 60 days of hire.
  • Conditions of Hire: A satisfactory criminal background and reference check, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record are required at time of appointment and throughout employment in this position.

Compensation:

  • This is an exempt salaried position with a range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
