  • Cultivate a robust local client base and expand your professional network to drive revenue growth that aligns with our ambitious financial goals.
  • Take the lead in local and regional business development endeavors, amplifying our presence through strategic marketing efforts.
  • Review and craft proposals and reports of all sizes and complexity tailored to project specifications, industry standards, and client preferences.
  • Nurture and guide a team of skilled professionals, project managers, and field-based personnel, fostering their growth.

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field.
  • You have 12+ years of combination of performing testing and/or managing Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspections projects.
  • You have 8+ years of experience in a project manager role.
  • You have a strong working knowledge of applicable ASTM, AASHTO, and DOT standards and procedures, IBC Special Inspections, and geotechnical recommendations.
