Job Overview

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a highly skilled Sales Agent to join our In-Room Dining team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth through sales and upselling of guest orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Taking and Management: Take incoming orders, verify room and guest information, and enter all pertinent details into our Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Check Management: Open and close all checks, including handling various payment methods and cash handling responsibilities.
  • Food and Beverage Coordination: Provide estimated arrival times for food and relay special requests to our chefs and service team.
  • Guest Recovery and Management: Recover guests and alert management when necessary to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Order Dispatch and Tracking: Dispatch and track orders, handle tray pick-up requests, and support bus runners through system communication and cashiering responsibilities.
  • Sales and Upselling: Focus on the sales and upselling of guest orders, driving revenue growth and meeting sales goals.
  • Amenity Processing: Process all amenities, including comps and paid items.
  • Team Training and Development: Conduct training and retraining for the team to ensure high standards of service and sales performance.
Requirements
  • Communication and Language Skills: Fluently communicate, read, and write in English, with a second language a plus.
  • Work Experience: Minimum one year of work experience in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Food and Beverage Experience: Previous experience in the food and beverage industry a plus.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business demands.
  • Teamwork and Efficiency: Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Services and Attractions: Extensive knowledge of services and attractions available in Las Vegas and at Wynn Las Vegas, including restaurants and shows.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software.
