Key Responsibilities

  • Perform policy reviews with current customers to assess their insurance needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve sales goals and measurables by actively engaging with customers and prospects to identify sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current customers, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage pipeline through company-provided systems and follow up with customers and prospects to ensure timely resolution of their insurance needs.
  • Demonstrate expertise and knowledge of new products and rules in the insurance industry to provide informed guidance to customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a positive mindset, be coachable, self-driven, customer-focused, and a team player. If you are not licensed, we will provide training and support to help you obtain your property and casualty license.
