Job Summary

As a Prep Cook with Levy, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare food and serve customers in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain daily production schedules and preparation requirements from the Chef.
  • Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
  • Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
  • Store, label, and date all food items according to policy, adhering to HACCP guidelines.
  • Complete all required documentation, reports, and logs as needed.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
  • Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
  • Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
